Hi everyone - Already a big fan of the site! I am new to real estate as an investment. For now I plan to focus on buy and hold SFR or MFR in the Tampa Bay area. Plan to focus on Pinellas county as I am in Palm Harbor, but I am open to going to south Pasco and Hillsborough.

Have been spending my time reading through the UBG and listening to the podcasts and enjoying every minute of it.

I recently had a liquidity event so I have some capital, as well as a full time income, that I can use to finance purchases.  I would be open to partnering with someone local  who may need capital for their next deal.
