I've got a $1,000 budget/month for wholesaling, now what?

Should I dive in and start with direct mailers?  Bandit signs?  It's this amount enough to start seeing results quickly?  I need some direction!

Have you ever set up a Google AdWords account?  You could do that with a $30 per day budget and get some leads flowing.

In addition to the AdWords account, you'll need a landing page which you can get from a company like InvestorCarrot or LeadPropeller.  That will cost you $49 a month.

There you are - $950 per month and you're getting leads!

For $1K, you could also send about 2,000 pieces of direct mail to absentee owners every month.  But AdWords will give you more predictability in your lead flow and cost per lead.  I'd start there.

(Disclaimer: I am not associated with the companies mentioned above and do not benefit in any way from mentioning them.)
