Hello everybody. My name is Oleg, I'm 31 years old, I'm from Russia. For several years, I look to the US real estate market and find there are many opportunities and benefits for the development of my outlook and capital. And so I decided to start doing something that I really like and in the end of January i will come to LA. The first few months I want to work side by side with flipmen and look at their work from the inside. Understand the tools to be able to attract money, and the whole process of the flipping and transactions of sale and purchase of real estate. Also I want to invest my part of capital after understanding all particulars of flipping deals. 

I want to invest to have an active cash flow and make the money work for me, all the way Kiyosaki says :) I want to feel my lifetime in the development of my capital and to realize that I'm doing something really for myrself, not for strangers. My goal - is to have the apartment building. But first - flipping. For me flipping - it's like riding in a car. It can be a long time to learn the rules of the road, for a long time to choose the right car, wait for perfect weather, but if you never driving alone, it turns out you have no practice, and it is absolutely equal to 0 all efforts. To know and do not care means not to do for me.
