Hello all, name is matt and 24 years old and have a Bachelor's in business management. I live in northern nm and I am currently employed through Los Alamos National Labratory as project scheduler/programmer.

Me and my brother are looking to partner up and join the world of real estate and invest our money so that we can have financial security in the future. We have been looking at multiple properties, strictly foreclosure with the hope of getting something that's going to yield gains. We plan on living in it for awhile being that we don't have our own place right now. With the profit we make off of it we plan to put it toward our next property.

I hope to hear from all of you seasoned investors on what to look for and what not to look for for our first investment property. I have been doing alot of homework but too much knowledge is never a bad thing. Look forward to hearing from you guys!!
