Hey all, My name is Jordan Adams and I am a new investor in the Phoenix, AZ market. I am a full time physical therapist, and have begun investing in buy and hold properties in the past 12 months. Currently, I have done two deals with private money that have generated positive cash flow on a monthly basis. I am interested in real estate to build long term retirement wealth and provide a legacy for my family.
