Yes, I really love it out here. Especially the old town area and the summer concerts :)

I have a couple of goals I want to accomplish in 2016. Look to make my first REI in 2016. I want to take my time to study up and learn. So can minimize my chances of making a regrettable decision! The things I'm seeing on here is very much shaping what I want that investment to be.

On the side, I have a friend who works with some Chinese cash buyers, finding them property deals in and around LA. His focus is in the high end of the residential market(> 4 million). I'm hoping to network and find resources on that end of the market, so I can add value to what he is doing.

I'm sure I will find new things as I spend more time on here :)
