I'm looking for some good strategies for sourcing off market deals, in and around the Los Angeles area.  I want to target residential properties in the range of >4 million. Was wondering if strategies like direct mailing are effective in this high end of the market...anyone have experience with this? Thx. 

Ya I have been looking for resources on how deal flows in the high end of the market work...not sure if things like emailing owners using a list would work for the 3-4M end of residential property market, if you are looking to generate off market leads.
