Hello BP and fellow members! My name is Kamira and I'm new to real estate investing . Very eager to learn the techniques and different approaches to successfully invest in real estate . Im currently seeking a mentor in the area who doesn't mind passing down some knowledge. To begin I feel I want to start with the buy and flip mechanism to build some cash and then eventually buy and hold. I became interested in real estate after purchasing my first home back in July. Looking forward to this new found jewel !

Welcome @Kamira El! Which part of Delaware are you from? I am a buy and hold investor from Newark, I do not know much about flips as I have never done one, but I have a dozen rentals and will be happy to share my knowledge!
