Hello all,
My name is Janessa Rivera. I reside in the Sacramento area. I am currently an employed 9-5er :-( but have taken an interest in real estate investing after doing some reading and listening to a couple podcasts. From what I've learned so far I think my interests are in learning about flipping, rentals, and possibly whole selling. I look forward to meeting others in the industry and hopefully working with some in the future.

I am also a new investor and I suggest you get on Meetup.com and join some groups on there and attend the local REIA meetings. I could tell you about the different meetings that I have gone to thus far.
