Hi Everyone!

I am glad that I found this site! I have begun my journey into REI and I want to connect with people that I can learn from and possibly do business with in the future. I retired from the military and currently work for a big retail chain in the logistics department but I'm looking for ways where I can do REI full time. I live in Lacey, Washington and I'm interested in doing wholesaling, buy and hold multi-family or single family properties. I am open to doing business across the country and have some experience in owning rentals. My wife and I started our own business and have made it a family affair by bringing in our oldest daughter who is working on acquiring her real estate license. we are excited about this opportunity and look forward to meeting group members and learning from their experiences.
