Hey there, 

I'm Saan and I (along with awesome partnerships) have investing in real estate for past 3 years. Before that, I was a home buyer counselor for a non-profit in NYC. Ive since moved to California and  brought my first multi unit and completed a great fix/flip with a $60k profit (not bad).  I found Bigger Pockets when I was searching for a new RE podcast and the rest is history...

My goal is to continue to build my real estate business, and partnering with great people!
