New REI in Tampa searching for a Bank to open a business account

Hi everyone,

My name is Nicolas Garcia. About five weeks ago, my wife Lindsay and I decided to make a big change in our lives.  We want to take the reins of our own financial future and thus decided to invest ourselves in Real Estate investing.

Its been one hell of a ride so far, building our power teams, our buyers lists, and more. Now that our company has been created LNG Solutions LLC, we are shopping for a local community bank in the Tampa Area that suits our investment needs.

Our goals for our first year are to start with Wholesales to build some seed capital, then move to double closings and finish strong with a one or two Fix and flips.

If anyone here at BP has any suggestions regarding what banks to interview, to open a Business checking account please let us know. We want to work with a bank that offers good products for real estate investment loans:

- SBA

- Portfolio Loans

- CRA's

- CDBG's, etc.

I am not sure about all your real estate banking needs, but I can recommend a local community bank, Suncoast Federal Credit Union, as they provide totally free business accounts. Also, check out their incredible auto refinance loans, which are being offered for 72 months at an amazing fixed rate of 1.75%, a rate which can't be beat, and on top of such a good rate they give customers a $200 bonus for taking out a car loan.  From what I can see, 1.75% is the least expensive financing available anywhere, other than 0% credit card offers.
