Hello everyone!

My name is Omayra Carroll and I am a full time real estate investor from Orlando Florida. I have purchased residential properties but I am venturing into multi family properties specifically of 5+ units but not in my backyard as these types of properties here tend to not cash flow very good due to their high prices. 

I have come to biggerpockets to educate myself more from others on biggerpockets. I am looking forward to a great experience. 😊
