I discovered BiggerPockets podcasts on Youtube and now listen to multiple episodes daily. I'm currently active duty military and have ten years left until retiring from the service at 41. Within the next ten years I'm looking at buying as many properties as possible to use as rentals to supplement my retirement pay.  I'll be re-locating to Oklahoma in June, which is where I'll buy my first property.  I'm overseas right now and learning as much as I can before I get started.  I have a few questions but I'll see if they are already addressed in forums somewhere, as I am sure they are.

Welcome!

My husband is active duty navy. Our dream is when we retire to be financially independent. We got started with the VA loan. We turned our house into a rental when we were transferred. The success was contagious and now we buy both pure rental and personals turned into rentals when we are transferred. We self manage all of our houses from all over the country.

Look forward to seeing you around.
