Hi All,

My wife and I live in SW Idaho and are interested in becoming real estate investors in the next couple years.  We currently own a home in the Twin Falls area and are interested in turning our current primary residence into another rental here in a couple years as we bought at a low point in the local real estate market.  We currently cashflow just shy of $200/mo after vacancy, R/M and capital expense.  I stumbled onto this site a week ago after reading an article about a gentleman who found out his wife had $90,000 worth of student loan debt when they married.

We are currently working on paying off some debt and will be in a full time education mode over the next couple years reading all we can get our hands on and watching more webinars.  I watched my first one last week!  Can't wait to watch some more as they are great for a newbie.  We are going to work on a plan in January but hope to find a mentor sometime in early 2017 to help guide us.

I'll be lurking around.   Looks like a wonderful site and can't wait to contribute to the learning!

Brian
