Hello REI's, Im David Pitman.

Im a relatively new member and Im looking for connections in the Colorado Springs/Denver Area.

I wear several "hats" in this industry.

Im a contractor in Colorado but have Licenses for "Public" Insurance Adjusting in TX,KS,NE, & MO. ( I only work for property owners, NOT Insurance Companies)

Commercial/Residential restoration and damage appraisals are my specialties.

Im looking for connections with investors that need these services.

@David Pitman welcome. Is your public adjustor's license cover Colorado as well? There are a number of folks in the Springs. I'm sure some of them will jump on and welcome you as well.

I would say that Bigger Pockets has worked for me. It has worked for @Brie Schmidt as well. Her success is documented in this pod cast and this pod cast.

Set up some keyword alerts and you will see those with similar interests as yours.
