I'm 25 and I'm very interested in getting into the real estate game. I'm reading and learning as much as possible to get up enough courage to jump in and work towards my financial freedom. I currently live in Portland and I would like to start off local. That's just to start off. Maybe in the future I can expand to other parts of Oregon. Maybe to Vancouver, WA too. 

I was think of starting with single family housing. I'm far from pulling the trigger on a REI career. Just trying to learn as much as possible and maybe sometime in the near future I can make a move.

Unless of course I find a deal that I can't pass up!

Anyone have recommendations on general contractors in Portland, OR?
