Hello everyone, going to see my first multi unit today. I'm 25 have a decent gig but its working for a corporation is boring. Super excited to take on a new challenge! I'm not necessarily trying to get rich off real estate, I just want to buy old crappy places make them look nice then either rent or sell them to make some side money.
