Newbie in Las Vegas

Hello Members,

My name is Alex Alvarez I'm 25 years old

I recently moved to Vegas been here about 1 1/2 years I'm finally taking the step into Real Estate Investing I have owned a home before back in Massachusetts where I'm from I purchased my first house when I was 19 and sold it before I moved to Las Vegas I'm looking to start in the Wholesaling area of things to get my feet wet/ learn the ropes. I found this site while searching for information about Real estate wholesaling. I don't have a background in Real estate just starting out so i'll also be open to any tips that comes my way.
