Rental I have a few clients looking to do a rent to own option with in the rent to own option with in the Joliet-Shorewood area of Illinois. 2br or more price range has to fit their budget.. Please send all because I HAVE SEVERAL MORE BUYERS. I work in the southwest area of Chicago and I am willing to sacrifice any commission to help others out. I will only lead them to you then it is your baby.. PS unless there is a commission involved I will run credit and hold their hand thru the process. These are credit stressed individuals that are still good people looking for a home..

3br or more. I have been assisting individuals trying to locate these properties and little luck. If possible I am looking to get an investor or current landlord that has any open rental SFH or apartment in those 2 counties.

ok looking for an answer in Illinois. Is there a seller side only HUD that will prevent issues that may arise with wholesale closings? If so how is it requested for?

These listing still go to the mls usually sold at asking price before it hits the mls which means the seller is happy the buyer is happy. I would never shorten the expectations of any client. 

If you looking to List your Flipped house and don't want to sit around wondering if your Realtor is doing anything but just listing on the market I know what you need.
