Hi BP community i'm grateful that someone recommended me to this website in just a short time I've been able to get some of my questions answered. I've been putting bandit signs trying to generate leads and hopefully get my first deal within 30 days. I'm so eager to  implement what I've learned and start this new journey as a R.E.I 

I'm located in Maryland a few miles from Washington D.C and Virginia if your in this area let's network. I need some key people in my team in search of a real estate agent also an attorney and/or title company that deals with assignment of contract and "DRY" double close.
