Hello! I'm just starting to learn about real estate investing so I can break away from my corporate job and start a new chapter in my life. Looking forward to all the new info and relationships I build along the way. I'm hungry to make it happen!

Any advice for someone just starting out is much appreciated... ie: books to read, podcasts and email subscriptions, seminars, webinars, etc.

I'm also looking for a mentor since I believe that is the key to success in any industry.

Thanks,

Joseph

@Joseph Mcmahon - Welcome!  To get started I would spend time on BP - here you can listen to podcasts, read blogs from investors, or ask questions on the forums.

Also set up keyword alerts or check out the local forums.  There are various networking events in the area too
