Hello BP Community! I'm a Residential Division Manager & In-House Counsel for a mid-sized construction firm, Advantage Building Solutions. Previously, I was working on RMBS litigation as a contract attorney. 

Looking to buy my first home sometime this year.

hi joel! Did i mention this site? What we talked about yesterday is actually called house hacking. Brandon turner is a big proponent of it (& wish i had known when i was younger)
