I am a dedicate Commercial Real Estate and Investment Broker in the states of VA, MD and DC. I also do investment analysis for my clients before they invest a penny in serious deals.

My interest is to educate investors especially in commercial real estate and to facilitate their money-making endeavors. I enjoy this forum and I am open to questions.
