Hello All!

I have been a member of BP since March of this year, but never stepped out of my comfort zone to make my FIRST post.  I absolutely love the Podcasts and all of the information that is available in the BP community.  I set a couple keywords which is also great.  This community is very helpful as I purchased my first duplex back in 2004 when I was only 20 years old and had nothing of this magnitude to lean on.  I am a buy and hold investor who has since bought 2 units in 2013 and 4 more units in 2015.  I look forward to 2016 and set my goals of owning 12 units by years end.
