I wouldnt say Im new in real estate but certainly taking a new direction, and new to the site. I dodged the whole private lender scam 2 years ago when I was trying to get financing on a duplex, rent the upstars. Everytime I called this place to get approved for a loan somebody else was helping. Id ask well where's so and so? They would tell me he's/she's gone, quite. The I got into wholesaling right at the down fall of the real estate market. That was a lot of effort that pointed me nowhere. Then I got into bulk reo, really got into bulk reo, spent 8-10 or more hours, even weekends on this(during winter mind you). I did because a very persistant and in my opinion very respectful woman named Mary. She is still going at it, but I started doing that 8 months ago, we have yet to see a check from it. Now I am back to where I started sort of speak. Apartment complexes are plenitful and obtainable, if you have the money and credit which I do not. So i have spent the last 3 months looking for hard money loans, investors, etc to see what best route would be for me. So i really hope a lot of you take time to read this and get to know who this mbinvestor is, now you know

All the Best,
Matt
