Dont have any solid numbers yet.  House is a 2/2 built in 98.  Realtor.com put value at 99K.  Owner needs to sell for whats owes and closing costs quickly.  Doing an overview and fact find run tomorrow morning.  Need a partner willing to do a formal inspection and run the numbers.  Would like small finders fee and access to your network.  Just getting started on building a reliable network to move properties i find until my network is ready to start flipping.  If this interests you, hit me up with a or call and i'll put you on my call back with more detailed numbers.

Thanks Chris.  i thoight as much.  Most likely going to sell owner finance and work on a couple of LOCs to get the next deal going.  Ive already had interest in this property so shouldnt be too difficult to unload.  Any recommended reads for owner finance?

Hi all.  i live in and have completed a full rehab on a MH in TX. I own the land and MH free and clear. Wondering if it is possible to tap equity for my next project. Other MH properties in the same subdivision  selling at 125K+.  What do you think and has anyone else done this?

This is the question that I have been asking myself lately.  I have been in outside sales for better than 15 years now and have been successful.  But it is just a job, and i could continue to do it for.the remainder of my working years. What i really love though is the rehab work that i have done to my current residence.  Being able to see, touch, and enjoy turning my vision into reality is what i spend most of my time thinking about. I have extensive experience in building and renovation. I want to couple this with my passion for rehabbing residential property and make a living. It is my hope that i can tap into your experience in finding and funding those deals that can help me achieve this vision.
