New to BP / Coaching

Hi All!

Just came across BP today for the first time and it seems like there is a lot good information on this site. I was looking for some possible local coaching in various aspects of RE. I am not sure where to start but this site looks is a great start.

I am located in So. Cal (OC) and wanted to get some feedback from this community as to where to start looking for possible flipping, lease options, wholesaling, etc. I have bought and sold other properties but now I want to get into investing. Any guidance will be appreciated! Thanks!
