New Investor seeking advice in Atlanta Area

Hi Everyone!

I'm a new investor in the Atlanta area...I stumbled upon this site during the process of educating myself about the RE business. There is a wealth of information on here that I've found extremely helpful. Thank you BiggerPockets!!! I would love to connect with a more experienced investor to ask a few questions. I'm interested in purchasing Single Family Homes to flip and resell. I'm eager to get started but hesitant to jump out there. Some of my questions has me turning in circles with trying to find a starting point. Do I talk to a broker to recommend a good agent? Should I start with getting approval from a lender? What about finding contractors to do the work?  or does it make sense to start with an agent? Decisions, decisions....What's your take on this? School me please....Thanks in advance!!
