Hi Adam. 

Welcome to BP. I admit that I know nothing about Sri Lanka but I do organize a meetup out here in Korea where we meet to talk about international investing in real estate. Most of our investors are Korea or US focused but we also have a few who have invested in Hong Kong, Phillippines, Ireland, etc.

I'm not sure if we have any members that are interested in Sri Lanka but it's cool to hear from other international investors.
