Newbie Investor from Brooklyn NYC

Hello BP community! 

It was certainly life enhancing to find the Bigger Pockets podcast, and equally so to find they had a website as well!  Since I moved into my first investment -a 3 unit multi family townhouse in Clinton Hill-I have been tuning in quite regularly to the podcast on my quick commute to Manhattan.  I was excited to learn about the online community that existed both to learn about the industry and hopefully collaborate with people similar to me.  I am 30 years old and along side two partners purchased a 3 unit town house of which I am the sole manager.  My GF (one of the partners) lives with me in the smallest unit and shares my passion for real estate.  Would be very interested to meet up for a beer/coffee with any one in the area who has a similar profile to me, or simply just has the passion I do.  Look forward to being part of this online community!
