Architect and REALTOR® in Idaho

I was born in Idaho and recently returned to start my own company doing Real Estate and Architecture.  Both of these disciplines could be quite valuable to the right investor.  I am not currently positioned to throw a ton of money in the ring myself.  However, I could invest my time and talents and offset being paid for the larger reward.  I am also well connected in the builder world at least in this region.

I'm sure there would be a great way to create a win win for the right investor, and potentially get a newbie started in the investing world!  :)

Although I am based out of Idaho Falls this really applies for the entire state (closer of course would be better).

Cheers,

Greg Croft
