@Kirk Olsen you said earlier that you paid the closing, I thought with the VA Loan the seller pays the closing cost?

@Kirk Olsonso in situations in which where there is light work to be done on the house the seller must pay for it? So if the MFR needs rehab the VA will not allow you to put the loan on the property?

@Chris Masondo you know of the restrictions that the VA appraisal have, and if so can you elaborate on it?
