Hey all! My name is Dan, and I am a residential mortgage lender in the SF Bay Area. I have helped many investors obtain financing, and now I'm looking to embark on the journey myself. I'm more interested in buy and hold strategies vs. flipping, and I want to start relatively small (i.e. 2/1 SFR). I'm hoping to soak up as much information as possible, and I look forward to learning from all of you!
