It is the same here in Atlanta, they also use agents as well. Usually we will meet with comps and repair estimates as well.

Hi everyone..  I was wondering if anyone of you are still processing shortsales? If so how are you going about with the BPO value. It seem's like the value are coming in very inflated at times.

Hey everyone. I wanted to find out how everyone is overcoming this hurdle? Even though I meet the BPO agent with the comps and inspection report the value still isn't there. I know I am not Brad Pitt when there is a female BPO agents and I'm not Gisele from Victoria Secret for the male BPO agents. Maybe I would get my value if I was? LOL

Hello everyone, I just found this site while searching the internet and I'm glad I did. I am big in to forums due to cars forum that I venture. I personally think forums are a great idea and I absolutely love them.

My name is Tommy, currently 30 years old and from Atlanta. I have been doing real estate investing for the last 5 years. When I started I absolutely knew nothing about it. I came from a IT/Telecom background which at that point I resided in Dallas, TX.

My sister has been doing real estate for the last 15+ years in Atlanta. She did distress purchase and rehab, then did subject to, residential shortsales, and commericial note purchases. She relocated me here to help her with hopes that I can take over her residential side. I owe her a lot for teaching me the ropes but I think it's time I venture out and learn more myself in which I don't rely on her.

I am here to see and hopefully learn new ways of real estate investing. Look forward to gaining more knowledge and network with those in which has the same interest.
