Hey everybody!

My names Jesse and I'm originally from Ohio.  I grew up in a small town and just recently finished my enlistment in the Air Force.  I'm now going to school full time for entrepreneurship and extremely interested in getting involved in real estate investing as soon as possible.

I've been doing a lot of reading and researching on rei and I've really taken a liking to it.  I sat in on a BP webinar a while back and really enjoyed it.  Unfortunately, I haven't had the guts to jump in yet.  I've never been one to be too shy about anything.  But, I've decided that I want to jump all in and really get to understand the processes and legalities, specifically for Ohio, and get started asap.  Wholesaling is what initially attracted me to rei. But, now I see that there is so so much further this business can be taken.  I guess, firstly, I need to even find out if wholesaling is even legal here in Ohio or not before I go any further.

I'm really looking forward to getting to know everybody and continue learning from people who have had their skin in the game for quite some time now.
