Introduction

Hi there. 

I have been visiting this great site for a few weeks now and decided it's time to introduce myself. 

I reside in Omaha,NE and started managing 5 rental homes that I own about 6 years ago. It has been a very educating and rewarding experience. My full time job is a Midwestern franchise owner ( Eileen's Cookies). 

Withjn the last 2 years I have taken over managing my brother and sister in laws 4 properties, with more to come. 

I have decided to start a rental management company that just specializes in managing homes with a personal touch. I pride myself on always being available and ready to talk and help tenants and to provide the owners with very prompt communication and understanding how to take care of their investments, as if they were my own. So, I am currently in the process of attaining my brokers license so that I may branch out and acquire clients outside my family. 

I have two goals in mind; Attaining as many income properties as I can (local networking!) and managing 40 by the time I'm 40 years old (2021. I'm at 9 now:)

Sorry for the lengthy introduction l. I look forward to soaking up the incredible knowledge that resides in this site and hopefully being able to share some as well.
