Newbie from Brooklyn, NY

Hello. I'm Rashad from Brooklyn, NY. I can't even say that I'm a new investor as I'm brand new and looking to learn. Besides obtaining my long expired real estate sales licease ten years ago, I have little to no knowledge in real estate. I work full time as a train operator here in NYC for the biggest subway system in the world. Ive always been interested in real estate and i am now ready to begin learning and takin the steps towards my goals. Im from NY which seems to be a rough intimidating  market as far as real estate deals. However as i become more knowledgeable, i do look forward to seeking investment  opportunities in other locations in the future.  I'm interested  in learning and starting with low to no money investing as well as house hacking. Financial freedom, and security for children is my ultimate goal.
