New member in New Jersey
I am a young and hungry investor ready to learn as much as I can about multi family investing
if you don't have money in the bank or an equity partner to help fund deals you will have a hard time acquiring property. There are many deals out there, I see them all the time, just need to know how to crunch the simple numbers.
What areas of investing are you looking to get into? Multifamily? Flipping? Etc

After becoming more knowledgeable and confident because of my above suggestions, take action to snag your first real estate investment deal if new or add to your existing holdings if you have prior experience.
Don't get caught up in analysis paralysis.
You must immerse yourself in the RE marketplace locally in your neighborhood or afar if the situation warrants it.
Take calculated risks if needed and you shall be rewarded!
