Newbie Investor from PG County Maryland

Hi Everyone

I'm a newbie investor looking to network and meet up with other investors in my area. I currently live in the DMV area and I'm interested in wholesaling and flipping houses. I have only done one wholesale deal so far but I didn't make any money on that deal, lesson learn. I plan on flipping 5 houses next year along with doing some wholesales deals. The main purpose of my real estate venture is to be a full time investor and quit my 9-5.
