Hello everyone,

I am new to the REI world, so I am obviously a bit nervous, but I am here to stay. I am a Civil Engineer looking to learn about wholesaling and in turn possibly some lease options and rentals along the way, so any tips, tricks and any Chicagoland RE Attorneys would be greatly appreciated to make sure I'm not breaking any rules along the way. :-)
