Hello everyone. Hows everyone doing? I might be new to you all but I follow lot of the forums regularly. Learning a lot of new things. Very fascinated and eager to learn more about real estate investing. Hope grow with everyone soon. I am really interested in buying and holding property for passive income. After becoming more knowledgeable and confident because of your immersion in the REI activities, take action to snag your first deal as a young buck.

Don't get caught up in analysis paralysis.

You must immerse yourself in the RE marketplace locally in your neighborhood or afar if the situation warrants it.

Take calculated risks if needed and you shall be rewarded!
