Thankyou Robert for the reassurance. I almost felt myself compelled to do it bc I didn't know what to do. I do however have the Ron Legrand course and I've been following that as well as learning on BP as much as I can. From what Ive gathered being that I'm new to the industry I see that wholesaling would be a good place to start and work from there what do you think?

So most the advice I've read about is having  a stable job so your able to fund your RE investments is a good idea. Obviously I don't just want any job unless it pays really well so I'm deciding on whether to pursue mortgage broker or an actual real estate agent to not only fund but also gain info on how certain dynamics of RE investments actually work. Any input on my situation or any other careers I should consider that would help me be successful?

Hello everyone,

My name is Josh and I'm 27 years old and I've been a bartender most of my adult life. I worked at many establishments where the clientele  was top notch and i always knew i would never achieve that kind of status while being a bartender. Working for myself was always my dream and real estate was the answer. Currently I'm moving to las vegas still stuck in the rat race of finding a job but i want to pursue real estate bc its my dream. I went to a couple of seminars and one of them was a company Renatus where they want 20k for their education on real estate. what should i do? Ive researched them and it seems legit plus they have an A+ rating on BBB. I stumbled on this site while researching them and really glad i found it bc i had no idea about this website. I know you can education anywhere but the network involved is invaluable. Im definitely motivated to get started but what should i do ?
