New member from the Bay Area, currently in España

BiggerPockets people how is it going? Where are the other rookies at? Pros? I am a recent high school graduate from California. I just relocated to Spain in order to expand my horizons and step outside of that comfort zone which was all too familiar. I am privileged enough to have been given 3 properties by my grandfather. I have a general idea of what I am going to do with them, but would love some advice from the inexperienced and experienced alike.
