An associate of mine is interested in selling his duplex in Soller, Islas Baleares. He speaks no English and wants me to advertise his property to international and Spanish buyers alike. I am wondering if anyone knows some good property advertisement websites(regardless of country) that are free.

When it comes to a private investor, what do you guys look for? What do you expect from your investor besides money? When is an investor bad/good?

Give me some opinions on the Spanish housing market, more specifically who has experience with Spanish real estate or European real estate in general?

BiggerPockets people how is it going? Where are the other rookies at? Pros? I am a recent high school graduate from California. I just relocated to Spain in order to expand my horizons and step outside of that comfort zone which was all too familiar. I am privileged enough to have been given 3 properties by my grandfather. I have a general idea of what I am going to do with them, but would love some advice from the inexperienced and experienced alike.
