My name is Monique Howard, I like to go by Nykki. I am extremely new to investing, but have had an interest in it for a very long time. I am excited about some of the great information I have received from this site already. Part of my problem in the past I think was just being afraid to take action, afraid that people would know I was a rookie and didn't know what I was doing. I've always felt like I need to be absolutely perfect before I could seriously get started. I still have not received all the knowledge I feel I need to successfully get started in real estate, yet I am soooo ready and eager to learn whatever it is that I need to know.
