This is a great investment in a developing neighborhood close to downtown! Furnaces and water heaters included. Electric available for range. One side has 2 ceiling fans and the other has a new furnace. Half of the roof was replaced and the exterior was painted recently. Both sides occupied and in a great area with leases expiring 10/31/2016 and 11/30/2016!
