Hi Leo,

Did you make the move to the area? If not any trips coming up? I am interested in a similar approach (up-and-coming, multi-fam, cash-flow, etc).

@Chris Grenier actually looking for a property management/IT technician to install very basic plug-n-play IT gear.

Someone with the most basic IT skills (laptop, cell phone, basic modem/router/cabling trouble shooting) type of skills.

We have about 200 clients (property owners) in the greater Kissimmee area and we occasionally need to send someone to their rental property to handle these cases.  Not a full time gig but rather an on-call role.

Does that clarify?

We operate a cloud based service for remote owners of rental villas in the greater Kissimmee area.

I'm looking for an on-call Property Manager that I may be able to dispatch for support on an as needed basis.

Are you interested in discussing such an arrangement? Know someone that might be?

Ideally someone with a Property Management background/transportation/laptop/etc.

I'm looking at an investment, buy and hold for a 1970s building 40+ units in 45214.

I'm based in Dayton and relatively new to Ohio/Cincy.

Any advice on the area?

Hey guys,

Anybody have any leads on 20+ unit MF properties in B neighborhoods?

Thanks!

Sam

Hi Ariel,

We have several clients in the NYC metro area with similar buildings that use our system for managing boilers and ensuring both compliance, auditing and comfort.

In respecting the BP forum rules, feel free to reach out to me and I can share more info with you.

I'm based in Dayton but I am looking for recommendations for a buyers agent here in the Cincinnati market - looking to invest in multi-familty properties.

Any one you would recommend or steer clear from?

Thanks!
