Hi everyone! New to this site and excited to learn and network. I am from Los Angeles and am very interested in purchasing multi family properties here. I currently have one single family home in AZ that I bought a while ago (right after college before I knew it was a good investment) and I would like to do a 1031 into a larger multifam in LA and eventually grow that portfolio. Would love to connect with others that are doing the same and also learn about specific locations/neighborhoods to invest in!

Hi @Suzy CrawfordI think that you've come to the right place to learn about real estate.

I'd encourage you to reach out to more experienced investors in your area! There is no substitute for being physically present with experienced investors.

Let me know if you need any help finding other resources to help you get started!
