Hi everybody

I love real estate, had some really good experiences in the past, even though I had a full time business to care for. (un)fortunately I live in San Francisco, the very challenging (read overpriced) place for real estate investors. But so attractive and exciting. So I decided I am in for good this time. Read everything that is available on this great site, thank you so much. Now I am ready to learn, please TEACH ME.

I'd encourage you to reach out to more experienced investors in your area! There is no substitute for being physically present with experienced investors.

 thank you for the welcome message Scott. I am learning so much from this website and forums, really great information. I would be very happy to find a mentor in the area. Anybody in Bay Area? I am so willing to learn :-)
